Overview
The map shown above is a list of many of the local races taking place between Banff and Calgary. Other popular races are included if they are of particular interest to local runners. This is by no means a comprehensive list, if you are interested in discovering other races please check the race links on the left. While the primary focus of this site is trails and trail races, there are several excellent road races that take place in the Bow Valley and they are included above.
Upcoming Races
The Race Calendar is a shared Google Calendar that will evolve to list as many races as possible in the region. You can move through the months using the arrows and change to a month calendar mode by clicking on the "month" tab. Clicking on a particular race will expand the details and give you a link to the official website as well as the detailed page on this website if applicable.
If you already use Google Calendar then you can display the calendar alongside your own and copy over any individual races that you wish. Just click on the "subscribe" link at the bottom right of the calendar.
